The property offers two fully furnished houses with two en-suited bedrooms each, each with its own traditional wood stove and plenty of fire wood available in order to enjoy an alternative back-to-the-basics lifestyle of yesteryear. These facilities have municipal as well as borehole water and rain water with sophisticated irrigation system feeding numerous fruit trees and raised garden vegetable beds. Fruit trees include several oranges, lemon, pear, cherry guava, guava, apricot, bananas, pawpaw, peach, plum trees and avocados.
The property lend its self to a most stimulating experience of homesteading as one could possibly get, close as possible to an off-the-grid living experience in terms of energy, water and food Independence with electricity, fire wood, and gas options all available to our guests.
